Our Product Support Engineers are well versed in the following areas of activity:
1. Site Installation and Erection Services
Installation and erection of equipment within the UK, working within
the parameters of CDM regulations, home and Overseas. We can
assist with the installation of other OEM equipment as required.
B&F carry out full electrical installation build, compatibility testing, underground commissioning and support, both for the UK and overseas.
2. Equipment Testing
We are able to support our installed equipment with personnel qualified to carry out on site test requirements prior to the powering of equipment.
3. Commissioning Support
Commissioning support is offered to assist our Clients, or their End Users in the commissioning of equipment during the start-up phase.
4. Maintenance Support
Annual support, on a contract basis
Ad hoc maintenance requirement
Emergency assistance with fault finding and repair
Modification, or conversion of installed equipment
5. On-site Testing Services
Testing and calibration of protective relays
HT pressure testing of systems up to and including 11kV
6. Personnel Training
Within BALDWIN & FRANCIS Ltd. premises
On-site, both as classroom and on plant training.
