Technical Survey & Onboarding
Before entering a support contract, our service engineer will conduct a technical survey to assess the current condition of your equipment. If any work is required to meet minimum standards, we’ll provide a clear recommendation. And if you proceed with a contract, the survey cost is fully refunded.
